ARC Amsterdam Lowlanders is the only gay and straight friendly rugby team in the Netherlands. The Lowlanders are part of Amstelveense Rugby Club (ARC).
Training:
Tuesday and Thursday 7.30 @ ARC. Contact us if you want to join a training.

Playing:
Members of the Amsterdam Lowlanders play in the Dutch competition as members of the ARC teams. Matches of ARC3 and ARC2 are on Sundays. ARC1 plays on Saturdays.
International gay rugby:
As Lowlanders we play friendly matches against other gay teams and take part in international tournaments.
